'The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies. Fantastic host. Will be my next stay for my next visit to An Hoi - seventeen nights this stay.'

'The Present River in Hoi An is a great hotel in the heart of the ancient town. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops in the area, but away from the noise. Present River Villa has cold A/C in the rooms, a pool and free bikes to use to check out Hoi An. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak some English. The rate of the hotel is excellent! ' Rey quaint boutique property with very helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Very close to the night market and tourist areas. Very quiet and safe. There are only a small number of rooms so it is incredibly peaceful. Excellent value comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. I highly recommend. '

'I had a beautiful stay here with my partner. Hoi An Ancient Town is a must see if you're visiting Central Vietnam, and the team at this hotel made our stay even better. Our room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking rice paddies, farmers, ducks and geese. 'Loved the pool and the house was amazing really beautiful rooms! The listing states you get the entire house or at least that’s how I read it but you are only in fact getting a room not the entire house. This was expected however given the price and I really did love my stay. Our group of 6 had originally been allocated 3 rooms but two of our friends decided they didn’t want to share so opted to pay a little extra to get a fourth room.'

'We stayed for about 10 days. The location for us was ideal-halfway between the city and the beach. We enjoyed biking in the rice fields and to the beach (about 10 minutes to beach). We cooked a lot and the kitchen was great. (Good size fridge and a rice cooker.) There is also purified water on tap which was a great help as we did not have to buy water. Keith, the landlord, was very helpful getting us settled in and putting us in touch with tours etc. There are other tourist villas in the area...
