'This is probably the nicest hotel in Port Williams. We were there in the off-season and there was no one else at the hotel. And yet the service was still good. They have kayaks bicycles and golf clubs to use on the grounds. My one complaint is that our room smelled like woodsmoke and so did the hotel. That is because they have some kind of wood burning stove in the kitchen area and the smoke comes out and goes in through the windows into the room. We kept our window closed, but the room smelled...

'This hostel has everything we needed from clean facilities, warm heating, electric kettle, cooking amenities to stove and even a breakfast option in the morning! Parking is a bit small but available and we had a wonderful comfortable sleep in. I would highly recommend going to this hostel and the garden wall on the stairs up is a nice touch, makes you feel as if you're in nature. '

'We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

'We really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The host was welcoming and accommodating. The hostel was clean and ready when we arrived. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was quiet and dark for a good night's rest. I like that each room has their own bathroom. Breakfast had great variety and was ready on time. I would highly recommend this hostel and would stay here again when in the area. '

'quiet place and really nice host. My family of 4 leave our items at the places before going to Patagonia 8 days O ring trip. They put them in our room when we are back. The last day we went to early morning penguin tour and left all luggages in dining area. Location close to seaside and it is really easy to walk around and enjoy the quiet.'

Las habitaciones cuentan con escritorio, perchero, pequeña nevera y tv. El baño es algo angosto, pero tiene jabón y lociones, también cuenta con secador de pelo. Lo único malo es que se escucha el ruido de los pasillos, por eso no le doy puntuación máxima. Está en una excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a distintos lugares de la ciudad, el terminal...
