'Prix élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie dans le pays. Musique au bord de la piscine près du bar gênante pour lire ou se reposer. Peut-être collaborer avec des agences de tourisme pour réserver des activités dans la région (randonnées, visite de Kep, ballades à vélo, etc.). Le site web donnait l'impression que c'était le cas mais en fait non.'

'un très bel hotel mais avec un logiciel de gestion de reservaiton encore très jeune et un regard qui manque d'expérience. Les défauts de lecture du logiciels ont été corrigés par le managment mais après des négociations un peu pénibles. Pour le reste le service et le sourire était au rendez vous'

The bathroom looks beautiful, but using the tub wasn’t possible due to mosquitoes. 'I stayed in hotal Five S for a few weeks in dec/jan 2026. Beautiful, well maintained building in a nice spot in Kampot (less than a dollar to the river by tuktuk). Friendly owner, efficient staff. Good breakfast in several variants in a nice garden-like environment with a small pool. 'Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. '
