'Staff was awful. Terrible customer service. Reception woman Brenda was ignorant and does not have any customer service skills. Should have read the reviews prior to booking the hotel. Although hotel is in a good area, staff does not know how to treat hotel clients. Hotel also has plumbing problems as there was water on the bathroom floor from the toilet. '

'We booked a room with two individual beds. We got a room with a single bed. We complained, but there was no answer from the owner. I finally got an answer offering me another room with a single bed and a mattress on the floor. This did not work for us we are older folks. We had no option, but to stay.
