'We reserved a room which was supposed to be ready at 12noon but they said the previously night guest refused to get out until 5 pm which we've already booked for. Not happy. '

'Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.'

'We had a wonderful stay ! We were in room 202: a spacious,clean room with a big balcony ;2 seats and a table on the balcony.Very nice to watch the people passing by. The bed was excellent and also the wifi deserves 10/10 ! The bathroom too is spacious with a big shower. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful ! In the neighbourhood are many places where you can eat/drink. I would recommend this place to all people who are going on a holiday to Phnom Penh !!! '

'To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time.
