« Everything was good with location, the home in general with the exception of the water heater was either not working right ir is too small. If you weren't the first to take a shower, you got a cold one. Also the patio furniture looked like it has weathered and might need to be replaced. The contact with the owner was really good though and she was very helpful. She tried to address the hot water issue for everyone but we think she needed to talk to someone about it. »

« This house was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching the roadrunners and bunnies in the back yard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Nice view from the bedroom upstairs. And our host, Luis, was good communicating with us. »

« this was a whole house rental. We stayed for a month in order to escape the cold and snow of the Midwest. The home was complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, garage, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Since we had three adults in our party, it was nice to have two full bathrooms. Check in went well. The host was helpful and attentive. She even sent an associate to help us set up the television for streaming. We enjoyed being able to sit in the private space in the backyard. « Vince was very easy to work with. The property is fairly new construction, so it seems fresh and clean. There were a few maintenance issues that I notified the host about after we checked out, so hopefully they'll get resolved before our next visit. We'll definitely stay there again. »
