'Great comfort, most friendly staff, beautiful views over the fields and sea. The Castle is on a beautiful wat converted into a luxoruous hotel with keeping a Castle feeling. Everything was just exceeding expectations. We had a wonderul time, with nice walks and sightseeing in the area. We will return again if we are in Wales on holidays.'

'We had a lovely stay here! Our travel plans were disrupted so we arrived very late in to the night, everything was left out for us and even late checkout was arranged for us. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was so cosy and warm and the location was beautiful! 15/10.'

'Fine for my one night stay. A little bit dated but reasonably near to the town centre and with its own parking. Nice breakfast including vegan options. Very friendly staff. I can’t comment on the bar and restaurant as they were unavailable due to a large private party but the hotel warned me in advance and, at my request, suggested nearby places to eat one of which I used. 'The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a little dated but everything functioned well, we had an evening meal which was excellent and the breakfast was cooked to order and wholesome one of the best breakfasts enjoyed. We only stayed one night on our way to Ireland convenient for ferry port of Fishguard.'

'I chose this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. It's a pleasant place, albeit not for those with mobility issues. Welcoming, with a friendly bar serving real ale (a plus for me). My room was comforable and I had no complaints about the facilities. A good Welsh breakfast.'
