'My wife & I used to go to Florida. Then we learned Floridians like to go to the islands. We've been to many. This was the best beach with calm waters & the best hotel we've ever stayed at on the islands. That said we don't like the all inclusive thing because we rent a car and self cater. The roads in the BVI can be a challenge, but if you take old fashioned notes and don't really on Google "offline" you can do this! It's a quick ride to the big city if you're not afraid! It offers everything a boater could need in one location, including a well-stocked marine store, supermarket, fuel dock, restaurant and bar, plus a fantastic beach restaurant with a true island vibe. The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. This has been my annual summer destination for the past seven years, and I look forward to coming back every year.'

'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'
