'Currently under refurbishment Altho this wasn’t a major but something to be aware of. Noisy fan in 2nd bedroom that goes all the time is very annoying & led to very broken sleep. No aircon so bedrooms very stuffy as no windows. Outstanding views, beautiful, well equipped rooms. '

The only minor issue was locating the underground parking spot, the number of the apartment was not clearly labeled at the top of the driveway.
