« They need to do some maintenance and upgrades on this property. Walls have plaster patches all over them that haven’t been sanded down or painted over. Bedding is old and fabric is pilled. I did think that the sheets were clean. The front desk was friendly. For over $150 a night, I expected a better maintained hotel. »

« The house is very spacious, clean, and secluded. The host was quick to respond to questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were really well stocked. We were traveling from out-of-state for a family event. After seeing how big the house was we actually hosted part of the get together here! There were 5 kids and 16 adults for an afternoon and we were able to grill and hang out comfortably. »

« Showed up to the property and there was no power or water, reached out to property manager, left a message, eventually got ahold of them via chat. Couldn't gamble on power or water coming back online. Left immediately.I spent about 6 hours online and via phone trying to get a full refund. Will never use Expedia or VRBO again. I am pretty sure their business model is to bend you over and hope you give up on a full refund. »

« Could not locate the house for about 45 minutes. No house number or sign on the street. Took a gamble and went down someone’s driveway and there it was next door. Front door lock was tricky. The house was super cute, comfortable and in a great location. Overall would definitely rent this cottage again. »

« We loved the layout of this home. We had lots of room for 6 adults 3 kids and 3 dogs. It was great having an extra kitchen. We went in the winter and enjoyed GREAT ice fishing. Nice size Perch. Nice size yard and a nice neighborhood. Also plenty of parking, we had 3 vehicles and a snowmobile trailer. There is also great hiking and sledding hills nearby. Would come back again for our family winter get away. »
