'Room was very clean aswell as the whole property the only issue I had was when I checked in they didn't give me a total or tell me how much the resort fee and or the hotel deposit was they just ran my card and didn't say anything also being a casino hotel I figure the pool with swim up bar would have been open later then 10pm on a Saturday night but other then that it was a great hotel and will stay again'

'The A/C in the room didn’t work and the hotel was reluctant to move us rooms. After several attempts to fix the unit, and 2 hours later at 11pm they finally moved us room.'

'The staff had excellent customer service. They were patient, friendly and helpful. The pool was super clean. Breakfast was stocked. Our room is why I did not give 5 stars. Our toilet did not flush, the maintenance man came and said we have to lift the back lid and tap the knob inside the tank. Every other flush we had to do that.'

'They were doing construction and remodeling so there was construction mess. The picture in our booking was a remodeled room and the room the put us in was old and not the new remodeled room. It did not get cool enough in the room in July. Bed was comfortable though!'

'Our stay was great. Staff in registration was friendly, efficient and helpful. Plenty of elevators to alleviate time spent waiting on an elevator. Several places available for a meal or snack. Room very clean and modern. Quiet. Comfortable beds. A great experience!'

'DON’T STAY HERE!! This hotel was so awful we left immediately & went elsewhere. Gym, pool, & hallways were filthy. Rooms wreaked of mold, building was falling apart inside, elevator wasn’t working but desk clerk tried to get us to “try” it anyway. Desk clerk refused to return money claiming she’d never had a complaint (reviews online tell otherwise), informing me she’ll tell the owner that I just didn’t want to stay there which is a lie.
