Dostępne dwa parkingi, Dobrze przygotowana narciarnia z wydzielonymi miejscami na narty i suszarkami do butów. Obsługa bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna. Na minus mogę zaliczyć wentylację w budynku - jak ktoś zrobił jajecznicę czuć było wszędzie na korytarzu jak i w pokojach. Każdy apartament wyposażony w bojler, ale nie zawsze starczało ciepłej wody dla 3 osobowej...

'J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. '

'We very much enjoyed our time on Chopok. The hotel is new and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We tried the restaurant in the evening - the food was delicious, especially after a long day hiking in the area. The hotel is a great starting point for hikes and walks. With some nice weather, the views are spectacular. The weather is not always very predictable and one may get mist and rain.'

'THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE.'

'Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. Het ontbijt na de eerste nacht was heel eenvoudig, na de 2de dag was er geen ontbijt meer! Ik kon naar mijn werk letterlijk zonder ontbijt. De kamer was...
