« Nous avons été "balancé" dans l'hôtel d'en face soit disant pour un problème de chambre alors qu'ils ont fait un surbooking, sans aucune indemnité et ils osent répondre à Expedia que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté !!! heureusement j'ai le voucher de leur part pour aller dans l'hôtel d'en face qui n'ai pas du tout au même standing (mais tout de même avec un personnel plus agréable) ! Etablissement à fuir et qui se fou totalement de ses clients et osent répondre n'importe quoi !!!!! »

« The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable. »

« They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna...
