'We had a wonderful stay at the Norwood Bungalow. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and full of amenities. The meals were delicious. There were a variety of choices. The staff here were lovely and helpful. They made our stay welcoming. The tea trails around the bungalow offered amazing view of the tea estate. They were easy walks and worthwhile. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Sri Lanka, we recommend staying here.'

'het hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit zo op een berg. maar binnen valt het zwaar tegen. mijn klacht werd niet op teruggekomen. toen we een dag niet kwamen ontbijten werden we wakker gebeld waarom niet. het eten is van een matige kwaliteit vergeleken met de prijs die je er voor betaalt. je kunt beter een hotel in Nuwara zelf boeken.'

'een hotel van het Britisch Empire indeed, maar niet helemaal meer volgens de oude glorie. We kregen eerst een kamer die uitkeek over de vuilnisbakken en na klacht de volgende dag een betere kamer.De prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant. Heel sfeervol wel 's avonds een cocktail bij het knappend haardvuur in de bar. Nurawa Eliya heeft verder toeristisch ook weinig te bieden Hoogstens interessant voor 1 nacht als je het geld er voor over hebt Patricia'

'Our stay at Araliya Green City was amazing. We received a traditional welcome (lighting of Oil lamp, garland) Our room ws sòoooooo spacious. It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details..'

'This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!'
