'The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The garden and pool were very pretty with a stunning view over the countryside. Breakfast was included even though it wasn't listed as such and there was plenty of choice. A bit of a hike to the restaurant each day, but helped to burn the extra calories taken on board. "Very outdated. The room had water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed. We gave then the chance to come up with a solution to compensate us. At first excuses about hotel management not being there. So First there was nothing and then they came up with a discount On our next stay with them If we boom direct with them. Insane that they could not provide normal customer service and offer a free meal or refund. Suposevily they locally could not decide and had to be with the main office and then when we were gone They came up with this ridiculous discount"
