Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it. 'We visited this beautiful property with a group of families with kids ages 10-21. The upscale craftsmanship and detail that was put into this home can be seen throughout and truly made for an unforgettable stay. There were plenty of rooms for everyone and cool little areas to stow away and read a book or look out into the lake. The kids kept busy with the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as fishing the day away from the dock. The kitchens was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals....

'This house offers more than can be described on its listing.Clean, spacious, and ideal layout for adults on one side and kids on the other side of the house. The detached garage was a great escape after a day on the water. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub during our stay but there is a nice view from its location.The kitchen had what we needed and everything seemed brand new.We traveled with 4 teenage girls and the house accommodated all 6 of us easily.'

'The house was spacious and well-equipped. The kids had a ton of fun downstairs and outside. The dock was great for jumping in the water and launching kayaks/SUPs as well as docking the pontoon we rented. The adult beds were comfortable. The kids said the bunk room beds were a little firm, but I wouldn't consider that a negative. Lot's of games, counter space, places to sit, 4 bathrooms was amazing and the views from the deck every morning was great! Had an awesome time! Would recommend.'
