'Room was not ready 2 hrs post check in. Staff did their best but my dinner reservations could not be met which was the reason for my visit dinner and a show. The bed was terribly uncomfortable felt very old. The “city” view of my balcony was of a shopping mall and the parking lot. The attached restaurant breakfast was excellent . Over all very disappointing.'

'We booked for a weekend in June well in advance but they told us because we had booked through a third party site we didn’t get the room we expected but was assigned a very small ada accessible room. No closets and we had to request a mini fridge for the room. Our view was a brick wall. Given it was over $750 a night it was a very disappointing experience.'

'Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!'

'The 2 people we encountered at the front desk checking in and out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Typical, nothing fancy but good. Eggs, waffles, variety of breads, cereal, yogurt, juices. There was some kind of meat too but I can't remember what it was. We dont eat meat. 'We should have heeded the sign in the lobby that said if you were unhappy with your room, to please let them know within 15 minutes to avoid being charged. The front desk person was friendly, that was really the only good thing. The room was not well-cleaned. The fridge had a huge sticky stain. We bought clorox wipes to disinfect it ourselves because the housekeeping staff seemed disengaged and smelled like smoke very strongly. The common areas also smelled like smoke.
