« Perhaps this hotel was a place to be in the 80’s… Old building, overrated. We have been botheres from the 1st minute by calls for massage, mgt check,… really not on purpose. They claim for 1500 PHP cash advance, no credit card allowed as anywhere else… and there is nothing in the minibar. Checkin/out is long just because of that. Swimming pool is shared with locals for 500 PHP, including food and drinks. Just imagine how comfortable it is for guests. No hot water, had to call reception, a guy...

« Ideal resort for young kids. It’s much like camping so if that isn’t your thing, you may be disappointed. Interesting rooms, ample beds and bedding. The A/C does keep the room cold. We stayed in a teepee. Two bunks as you enter, one on either side. Sink in front of you, shower to the left, toilet to the right. Showers are cold room is tight but perfect for what you are there for….to enjoy the waterpark. Waterpark is very fun. They have plenty of cottages(shelter) to rent for your stay,...

« The best hotel stay we had in Bacolod City. Everything was exceptional! Breakfast buffet was super delicious with classy appetizing presentation. Laundry & Dry cleaning was quick & on time. We have a spacious room & a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of Bacolod Lagoon park. To all the staff & personnel hands down, you made our Bacolod vacay a very special & memorable one. « Séjour en février 2020 Resort agréable avec jolie piscine. La chambre simple mais confortable et fonctionnelle. Salle de bains agréable. Dîner correct, mais peu de choix au petit-déjeuner. »

« The staff is nice and the room was comfortable but it was ants everywhere (bathroom, bed, table...) and we can see it's an old hotel (wall not clean, door with termites...) At night there is a club just next to the hotel and we have free music with people who speak loudly. »
