'We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds.'

'I loved staying with them and getting to know them. They are lovely, honest, hard working people and their property is well maintained, clean and spacious. If I could change a few things. Do not allow smoking in the balconies. The rest of us who don’t smoke suffocate with windows open and no one came to Thailand to stay with windows closed. 'Very well presented Villa, excellent location to all attractions. Has all amenities you need, it's like a home away from home. Cord "Owner" was fantastic, very helpful and knowledge, kept in touch with me prior to arriving and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend. 'We only booket this hotel so we could walk to the airport Very early. 12 minutes was What it Said on the map. When we arrived it was nowwhere near that location. The place was in the middle of nowhere, so we ended up spending more money than if we had just booked a normal hotel. Because of all the taxi Bills. We had to pay extra for water and electricity. 'The view is breathtaking, a very large swimming pool with sea view. A first to have your own cinema room in your house. Very well located at the bottom of the mountain next to the golf course, no problem for taxis, tuk tuks. we were very well received by the manager. Stay at the top.'

'Shout out to Tyler, Alan & Esther for making our family vacation a wonderful & memorial stay at this awesome villa. Everything about the villa was amazing and every detail was also much thought of. Though there was another villa currently in construction, the noise was minimal which wasn't any inconvenience to my family. 'Wij hebben met 5 volwassene in dit huis gezeten. wij hebben genoten van de ruimte en alle faciliteiten van het huis. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.'

'Top verblijf. Genieten van de rust met adembenemend uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een super verblijf. Altijd staat de gast heer en zijn team voor je klaar om je te ontzorgen. Super taxi service en ruim aanbod aan winkels en horeca op korte afstand. "We had a great stay at Nikki Beach Samui. We booked a garden villa and enjoyed our luxurious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has great facilities. The hotel is located in a more quiet area of Samui. The only minor downside for us was the fact that the minimum spend for the beach club also applies to hotel guest. Although hotel guests receive a discount on the minimum spend amount, we found this a bit strange. Especially since we booked a villa which is one of their most expensive rooms."
