'Echt een heerlijk hotel, dichtbij de ingang van Khao Yai. Veel luxe in oppervlakte en faciliteiten, maar de kwaliteit is in mindere mate. Personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, aanrader voor een verblijf tijdens tours rond Khao Yai! '

'The room was very clean, and both the Jacuzzi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness facilities were somewhat limited, and while we appreciated having four different breakfast set options to choose from (we tried them all), the overall quality of the breakfast could be improved. Enhancing the breakfast experience would significantly elevate the overall stay.'

'Het hotel is naar ons idee 5* waard. Geweldige ontvangst, personeel zeer attent en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Een avond in het hotel gegeten en dat was subliem. Wij waren er helaas maar 2 nachten maar hopen er nog eens terug te kunnen komen. Het was in een woord, top !!!'

'A really great hotel experience. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The water in the pool was a bit too cold to our liking but the area around the pool was really nice and beautiful and a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the mountain view from our room which cannot be expected from all rooms. The breakfast was amazing and yet another highlight during our stay. Only downside was the fact that the toilet had difficulties with flushing and it gave up completely on the last day. With...

'This was my second time staying at this lovely and exclusive establishment. And the key primary reason why I will keep coming back, is the very private ambience the property offers for a very relaxing stay to get away from the real hustle and bustle of the city. This is a real getaway.... And the staff, every one of them, were excellent in their professionalism. They are a great asset to the brand and I am already planning my next visit.'

'Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon.'
