« 3世代家族で２日間の宿泊でした。予約時の対応は最悪でした。車のサイズを確認したところ『そのサイズは停車不可です。キャンセルならそちらからどうぞ』とのメッセージが届きました。そんな事を言われたのは初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。結局車のサイズを小さくして向かいましたがキャンピングカーも停まっててこれ又びっくりでした。確かに駐車場は狭いですが部屋によっては停められる場所もありました。そこは予約時に表示してほしいです。部屋自体は満足で高齢者も満足しています。生活する大体のものは揃っていてほぼ手ぶらで泊まれます。タオル大小も洗濯洗剤もアメニティもありました。キッチンも炊飯器、トースター以外は大体 »

« We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue. The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. All the usual were provided so we were well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming for a quick stop in...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, le meilleur de toutes nos vacances au Japon. L’hotel est magnifique et récent. Notre chambre était très belle, spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le lounge. Les plats étaient délicieux et de qualité. Un grand merci à Antonio, le responsable du lounge, pour son professionnalisme. Il nous a même conseillé des restaurants pour la suite de notre voyage. "
