« Room was small but clean and comfortable. No phone, clock radio or hair dryer - disappointing. Food was especially good and the Bar off the Lobby was a lot of fun and made my stay. »

« Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money! »

« Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...

« I absolutely loved this location. We got the Dixie Den and the drive to was so beautiful. The water was so nice to lay in with a sand shore (of course Texas is one good rain away from higher water) kayaks for rent and the neighbors were so nice. Property manager was so nice and helpful made sure we had everything we needed and if i had the opportunity to buy this little spot I sooooooo would! Nice shower, and spacious restroom.
