'The front dest staff was great. She got us into our room early. My husband had surgery that morning. I knew he would not make it until 3:00. Staff got us in at 1:30. What we did not like was the long walk from parking to the room. We were right behind tennis court. In my opinion the court could be removed to allow closer parking to the room. There are also a lot of stairs in the complex. Staff gave us a downstairs room but had to use stairs to have breakfast and get ice.'

'Kamer was prima, de ontvangst was super vriendelijk maar bij de check-out was het heel wat minder. Ontbijt stelde héél weinig voor, zelfs geen water ter beschikking. In onze 3 weken durende vakantie was hier het minst scorende ontbijt. Jammer! '

'The room was not that clean, found hair in sink, toilet was not clean, under the bed was not and behind the dresser looked like a year or so of piled up dusk. They had fresh eggs and meat however none was cooked for breakfast during my 3 days stay. Although the stated that it would be available for breakfast.'

'The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest...

'The ac unit worked very well. And the shower was excellent. The sweetener. Packets had dried coffee splattered all over them for 3 days. The trash can lid was finally cleaned after I complained on the 3rd day. Had days left on reservation and couldn’t take it any longer, ask for a refund and couldn’t not get one! Never again!'
