'Nice place in a good part of town, close to the city center but far enough out that it feels more relaxed. Check in was easy, host was accessible and replied in a timely manner any time I had a question. Apartment was probably the cleanest I've had on Vrbo, and all appliances worked as they should. Absolutely stellar experience, 10/10'

'After booking we used the Expedia message function to contact the host. The host never got back with any check in instructions. We also sent them a text message and got no response. We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. We eventually gave up and requested the booking to be canceled and booked a regular hotel instead.'
