« We had a lovely stay here before we went on safari in Mikumi. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. The staff was excellent. The welcome drink and cool towel were lovely touches. The grounds were marvellous. Great location in Morogoro. The only negative was that there was a wedding the day we stayed here and the music was understandably loud. We would come back again. »

« Nice setting. Good value for the money. Near airstrip. Good friendly staff. They say they take credit cards. They really don’t. We had to pay cash since their machine did not work. Their back up internet card taker double charged after it said it failed to go through and after cash was substituted for failed transaction. So watch out. »

« It's surrounded by nature and the grounds are vast. I felt very relaxed. »

« The stay was good and calm »

« Nothing nearby except entrance to Mikumi Safari. Bad restaurant with very very expenssive food in USD. Only a bar with loud music. Services not coordinated »

« We stayed a few nights while in Morogoro and then switched to the Nashera which was far, far superior. This hotel was dark. The staff were not at all friendly. The food was awful, especially the breakfast. Upon checking in, the room had a bad smell, and the bathroom had sewer smells coming in, (although at times they weren't there). There is a slum right next door with a dog that barked at night. This one is rated 6.4 and the Nashera is 8.0. Stay at the Nashera. »

« For the amount of money you pay to stay at this place, I guess you get what you pay for. Needs a lot of work and proper management. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at the place if you have high standards or appreciate certain amenities… »

« Everything was good. The road to the hotel was very rough! »

« Very nice. Had basic room first night and it was wonderful. They upgraded us for free the second night as they had a room available and it was way beyond any expectations we could have had. Such nice people. Very nice place. I wouldn’t call it a camp when it felt more like a resort. Really good food as well. »
