'It was very clean and spacious place. We were pulling a trailer with a golf cart and there was plenty of room to park and it felt safe and we did not have to worry about somebody stealing it, unlike if we stayed in a hotel in a larger town. Owner Karen responded very quickly! And we loved the outdoor barn cats. Great stop on our journey to Red River, NM.'

'Parking right outside added convenience throughout my stay. The bed offered plenty of space to stretch, and water pressure in the shower was strong as well.'

'TV worked fine and had clear channels available throughout my stay.'

'Great value for what you get: private bath, fridge, coffee machine all included at fair rates.'

'Parking lot had plenty of spaces available.'

'The peacefulness stood out most, making it easier to relax after driving long hours through Texas heat.'
