« Very bad organisation for checkin, Room was confortable but with a tiny bathroom, no hot water and no wifi in the room. So abnormal for the price compared to others locations in Liberia. « For me, Scarlets was a home away from home. I had a great time staying at Scarlett. The service, from the staff to the management was amazing, and everyone understood how to treat guests with care and respect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. « The room was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. The staff was very accommodating for our early departure. The property has evidence of remodeling attempts, but the finish work could have been better. Overall, we would stay there again! »
