'We paid for the suite for a king size bed and non-smoking room. When we checked in the room was hot and the air was not blowing cold air. We were then moved to a 2nd room and the room was hot but after they turned the air on it had colder air. We were then moved to a 3rd room with 2 queen beds that was already cooled down and the air worked all night thankfully. The cleanliness of the tub was not great and water was slow to drain. 'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '

'Everything was great except one of the beds in the room was so squeaky and felt like something was broken underneath. It was the bed nearer the bathroom on the left side when looking at the bed. This was a handicap accessible room, all the more reason to make sure the bed gets repaired asap.'
