'I booked this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi. Both were out of order during the stay which was very disappointing. Guests should know this before they check in and pay. I have a card for a $100 deposit, with the fri t desk saying I will get it back on immediate checkout. That was my gas money to get home. When I checked out, I was then told that it will be up to 10 days to get the money back. They lied! Breakfast was good. The elevator consistently had water all over the floor which was...

'The room size was incredible. Very clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing. Only valet but lots of street parking. The only thing was the building is not clearly marked and it's inside another building and you have to get buzzed in from their door which is super odd and at was a bit frustrating when carrying stuff and they don't have luggage carts. I would stay again'
