« very nice handi cap room, staff was helpful »

« Our room was the most pleasant I have ever experienced. The ladies in our group particularly appreciated the lighted mirror in the restroom. The shower featured jets which were wonderful, and the jacuzzi tub in the room was truly refreshing after a long day. The complimentary tea, coffee, and s'more kits provided by the resort were a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the staff members we encountered were consistently helpful and kind. We will be back for sure. »

« Great hotel in downtown Minneapolis. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. I’d definitely stay here again. »

« Everything was great! »

« Aucun ménage quotidien ds la chambre. Frais de stationnement dispendieux et compliqués. Je n’y retournerais pas. »

« Charged extra for parking my car to take the shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival, waited 1 hour for the shuttle AFTER the front desk confirmed the shuttle was sent, only to get a call saying the shuttle wasn't coming. Got picked up by someone "sent by the owner"; they drove 100+ mph and blew through multiple red lights. Nightmare. As for the hotel - it was run down, and someone threw some paint on it and called it good. The common areas are decent, but the rooms are trash. Plenty of...

« We loved the opportunity to take a sauna. Loved the lounge area. I would definitely stay again! »

« Beautiful views of the world's largest lake! »
