'Perfect location to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji, lovely host, nice and clean room with Tatami. We were there in the an cloudy day, can see a bit of Mt Fuji, I imagine during a clear day it would be totally different'

'Our stay at The Sense Fuji was a highlight of our trip to Japan. We would have stayed longer if time allowed. The property is beautiful with incredible views of Mt. Fuji. The private onsen is relaxing and the food was great. The service was perfect and helped us with whatever we needed. Cannot wait to come back.'

'建物・部屋のセンスがとてもよく清掃も行き届いていました。正面に富士山と河口湖が見える高台、下は神社の森が広がっていて二階テラスからの眺めがよく風がよく通ります。使いませんでしたが専用のバーベキューテラスもありました。'

'まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。'

'The traditional Japanese house is nicely decorated, well illuminated and perfectly clean. All we need is provided. The staffs are amicable and welcoming. We enjoyed it with special highlight is the wonderful dinner prepared. '

'I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The village was amazing. Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the view of mount Fuji was breathtaking, the house is clean and has many amenities. A big plus is that the owners know English and they helped us a lot finding places to eat and gave us a lot of useful advices on where to go and what to see in the Kawaguchiko area. Overall an amazing experience and I can't recommend enough.'

"Personeel was vriendelijk. Mooi uitzicht. Dan is al het positieve er ook wel mee gezegd. Kamer was zeer gedateerd en niet net. Er hingen nog plakkers op de muur van een schilderij die er mogelijks ooit heeft opgehangen. Er waren plekken op de kussens van de zetel, de zetel zelf en tafel. Er stonden twee aperaturen om te ontvochtigen en lucht te zuiveren en daarbovenop nog eens de airco/verwarming die enorm veel lawaai maakte. Dit heel de nacht door ondanks dat we deze hadden uit gezet… Het bed was hard, de zetel was alles behalve aangenaam. Tot slot was het ontbijt erg basic. Het hotel is zeer basic, akkoord, maar staat niet in evenwicht met de prijs die we hiervoor betaald hebben. We reizen veel en verblijven in veel hotels, dit was een van de mindere die we ooit al gehad hebben. "
