« dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken »

« Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in. »
