'The odor of stale cigarette smoke permeated our room. It did not seem that it was from a one time occurrence but from years of constant smoking.'

'The staff was so nice!!! The pool is amazing salt water pool very warm. Food was the only part I was not blown away by. Either way we will be back next year for our family trip at kinzue'

'Prima lokatie, jammer dat het zwembadwater koud was'

'Clean fresh room nice staff'

'Prachtige authentieke locatie ❤️'

'It was such a great gateway! We loved every second of it. And especially my dog who could run around. We explored a pond and a trail in the forest! Overall was so peaceful. A recharge much needed. It was a bit cool outside and so cozy in the cabin. There’s everything that you need there. Portable water. There’s a grill you can make food or just heat it on the stove. Hopefully, we’ll be able to come back. Thank you for amazing experience!'

'I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.'

'Host was understanding, responsive, and attentive to any issues or questions that came up. The space needs some maintenance, but overall is spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to stay! We really enjoyed the area, and how welcoming everyone was!'

'The place is great, also the host is a great person thanks again for your hospitality'

'Close to the park we had an event at'

'Property description was great, all updated appliances, very cozy & relaxing. Cabin is close location to Allegany Reservoir. I will book this cabin again when I return to Pennsylvania.'

'Peace and solitude!'

'Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!'

'Had a wonderful time at Bear Trail Lodge. The location is perfect for enjoying wildlife from the extensive wrap around porch. We saw plenty of bear, deer and smaller wildlife during our stay. The owner answered questions promptly and accurately.'

'Beautiful cabin setting …'

'Hosts were very nice, even gave us a tour. The place was amazing and the “Titanic” decorations were very interesting. Best place by far in this area well worth it. We shared with Sister and Husband and all were impressed.'
