'The hotel looks pretty run down, was not like the pictures. Bathroom had black caulking all around the shower, the outdoor areas weren't well kept, breakfast was subpar, staff was nice and attentive though. I won't come back.'

'Staff were very friendly to me and my dog. I was in late and up early because of travel, and they were available to help me. I left before a full breakfast was out, but they encouraged me to grab what was out without complaint. Convenient to casino but because of changes to the highway exits, a bit confusing how to get there off the interstate. Overall, an excellent choice for me and my dog!'

'So it was near the highway which is didn’t mind. Except my window was facing the highway which was really loud if I needed to open the window. I stayed there for 9 nights never did they come clean my room they say for the extended stay people the only clean once a week (even the trash). I caught a maid outside in the hallway and she (reluctantly) took my trash out my room after a week. My room wasn’t ready originally had a two beds and in a smoking room. 'Had a nice bar and staff onsite. Didn't use but pool and fitness center looked well-kept. The room was clean and comfortable.'

'The room had cockroaches live present in the bathroom and there was hair and dirt in the sheets on the bed. The owner assured us she was going to issue a refund and apologized for the condition of the room. After 2 weeks and several text strings I find myself writing this review and wishing I had checked the Google reviews as well before having to escalate the dispute to my credit card company. Seems there are several such stories to be found when one starts searching'

'Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was typical but good. AC in our room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints would be the elevators being out the first day, the key card kept deactivating, and the bath towels were incredibly thin. Overall, I would stay there again.'

'Victoria was super friendly at the front desk, both checking in and out. There was a small issue with the mechanical blinds/shade on the window and she was very quick to have maintenance take care of the issue and there were no more problems. Our grandbabies loved the swimming pool and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend.'

'The bathroom needs a lot of TLC. CORNERS haven't been cleaned out in some time, maybe a little Clorox used on the tub. Drapes have never, never been cleaned.'
