'The place smelled like dampness or mold somewhere... shower had no pressure and didnt operate properly. I sat at the front desk waiting to purchases snakes for what felt like forever... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION...SLEEP IN YOUR CAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!'

'In the middle of a long distance road trip, my wife and I suffered an engine failure. Long story short, we checked into the hotel around 11pm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. In the morning, the staffers helped us get reorganized and back on the road. We were treated like family. I am sad to say that while our room was lovely, it was not ready for guests. We found dirty bedsheets and small trashy items behind the furniture and around the room. It made for an uncomfortable night…'

'There was an odor in the hallway and room. We had only two sets of towels for three people and were missing two lightbulbs. All around the tub was a gray color that reminded us of mold. Breakfast was very sparse. They ran out of sausage and biscuits. Each bed had three rather small pillows. We won’t be staying here again.'

'We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,...

'Planned a quick stop at Hannibal, a charming town with lots of Mark Twain related sights to visit. The apartment is equally charming and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended'

'We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience.'
