« I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. Every time I interacted with the staff they were cheerful and looking for an opportunity to be helpful. « We just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. The only thing that there was a problem the coffee pot in the room. All things considered, everything else was great. »

« Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again. »

Our family of 4 had a great time!Super easy access to hiking and floating the buffalo. Situated close to several outfitters that can shuttle or rent you a boat etc. Will stay again! »
