'Lo mejor la buena ubicación. Nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación el primer día porque nos dieron una horrible. Oscura, luces fundidas, un baño sucio y el minibar con bichos dentro. La nueva habitación estaba genial, grande, iluminada y muy limpia. El café da manha está bien, completo y la piscina también es bonita. Con el personal, de todo, personal muy atento el día de la llegada y tras solicitar el cambio. Y personal un pelin desagradable el día que vino a visitarnos un amigo de fuera. '

'Amazing oasis in Santo Amaro. The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, great A/C and hot water pressure. It does work like a hotel the staff go in and change towels, remove gargage. The breakfast was varied ans delicious. They also set up the tours which were amazing. The only thing they need to improve is in the internet connections in the rooms as it was spotty or unavailable. I would recommmend to anyone. I loved my stay there.'

'Adorei a hospedagem, excelente, muito confortável, quarto limpo, a cama também era bem confortável. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Uma coisa que não aproveitei foi a piscina, acredito que devido ao feriado foi muito usada e estava com a água turva, mas no dia que eu estava indo embora vi eles fazendo a limpeza. Mas acredito que a limpeza possa ser feita mais vezes. E outro ponto negativo é o preço da garrafa de água de 500 ml eles cobram 16,00 por unidade, como fui de carro já levei minha água,...
