'the restaurant food and restaurant and bar staff are actually poor. the rest of the hotel property is just OK.'

'there were biting bugs in the bed linens. I informed the front desk and they simply told me I was wrong. so I guess the red bites were my imagination after all since they told me I was wrong.'

'All ok'
