We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. 'Our group of three empty-nester couples booked a weeklong stay at Sea Esta Villa and had as perfect a vacation as anyone could expect. This house is a dream for a friends vacation because each bedroom has an equally luxurious en suite bathroom. There is a private beach, a fantastic pool with an unobstructed beach view, a tree-shaded, lighted patio area just steps from the beach with an adjacent outdoor dining area, and a great, huge outdoor covered patio with a view of the pool and beach...

'Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back! '

'Wanted to give an excellent review for the portside Villa … the staff there was amazing. They assisted us with everything that we needed. The chef was amazing. They even assisted with decorating for my husband birthday and the cleaning Had fresh towels every day made our bed every day. Definitely will be returning if I visit Jamaica again thank you so much.'

'Beautiful property in a quiet location barely a two minute walk to the beach. Our host Cassie, was helpful and friendly, the beach was private, pristine with powdery sand. We felt incredibly lucky to be there and would love to return.'

'The host was very professional and accommodating. A big bowl of local fruits was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The area is quiet and the property is well kept. If you’re staying on a Sunday be aware that most restaurants are closed. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days.'
