'Mavella is awesome. She is incredibly helpful arranging your taxis, everything. Having a kitchen, and a nearby grocery store is awesome. Managua is hot. Like really hot. The 2 mini-split ac units in the apartment is key. Love this place!'

'Stayed here with my family for a week and a half. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff and security are top notch. The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. 'Don't get me wrong.... it was a lovely house in pictures they showed on the website.... I wish I could post some of my pictures... The bad .... the 1st floor bathroom was under the stairs. To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. So you have to Shuffle yourself sideways into the bathroom to use it and you have to shuffle...

'This rental in Pochomil/Masachapa has to the best rental in the area. The view is spectacular. You can be in the pool and see everything on the beach. The sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We will be staying there again.'

'Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!'

'This property could not have been more perfect for us! We loved it from the moment we drove through the gates and parked. Right away, you are facing the house, the pool and the Pacific Ocean -- all just steps away! We were immediately caught up in that beautiful view! 'Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US.
