'We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a large closet for luggage storage. Although we hadn't specifically booked a sea-view room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a partial view, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The resort offers excellent facilities, including multiple...

'What a great experience! Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds. Also the bathroom and shower was spacious and clean. '

'Good value for money. Sits on the same Dead sea with the same swimming experience but you pay much less than the big names like Holiday inn. Almira restaurant is a hidden jewel. Try jarjir with strawberry salad for the full experience. Some small things might not be working occasionally (cattle in the room) but it doesnt spoil much your experience .'

'I feel it’s not ideal for a family-friendly environment when groups of young men book rooms that are meant for families or mixed guests, as it can feel uncomfortable for others especially at pool area.'

'It was really convenient to go to the Dead Sea if you have your own car'

'Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and improvement, especially regarding cleanliness. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable and urgently need replacing. What shocked me most was the widespread smoking, even indoors, including the reception and restaurant areas. This is extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and unacceptable. As someone accustomed to four- and five-star hotels, I would rate this property no higher than 2 to 2.5 stars. Cleanliness, comfort, and a...

'A Wonderful Stay ❤️ I had a really lovely stay here. The area is peaceful and quiet, the place is very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere is simply relaxing. A special thank you to Coco, who takes great care of the place and is always there to help and make sure all the guests have everything they need. She and her mother are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, almost like you’re staying in a home away from home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this...
