« Everything was clean and neat. Just as expected. What a nice little house in a quiet rural area. Seems like very close access to the Katy trail. We had three kids and five adults but with all the beds, basement space and foldout couches, it could have easily slept 13. More if you bring an air mattress. This was perfect for our overnight stay for a family wedding. The host was very responsive to all my pestering messages. »

« Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. « Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. »

TV channels didn’t match up w the Innsbrook channel guide, but figured out the XBox w streaming platforms. All in all, would rent again. Close to beach and boat docks. »
