'Teleurstellend voor een serviced apartment. We verbleven er slechts voor 3 dagen. Onhandig dat er wel afwasmiddel was maar geen sponsje om mee af te wassen. Ook geen vaatdoek te bekennen in de keuken, heb dus afgedroogd met een handdoek uit de badkamer. Veel TV kanalen deden het niet. Een douche had geen warm water en het afvoer putje van de badkuip kon niet afgesloten worden. Wel volop ruimte, maar de bedden vrij krap. '

The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

'The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept...
