'We stayed 4 days at the cabin. It was a perfect location for us to visit family, attend the reunion at Yatesville lake and a place for alone time to recharge. '

'The cabin and property were excellent. We enjoyed the porch and set up croquet on the yard. Beds were great. Five grandchildren stayed in the upstairs bedroom with plenty of room. Having their own private deck tickled them. The Twister game at the cabin was a huge hit. '

'I like the a frame and owner was nice enough to allowed me to store my custom made kayaks in the garage. Liked the lake except for the Casting for Kids pro bass fishing Tournament. This is no place for a kayak while it’s in progress. Fortunately, Grayson Lake is in driving distance. Grayson has got to be the coolest flat water kayak lake. There is a nice 7 mile loop for hiking close by. '

'We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Very clean in all areas. Great shower, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from the welcome basket to a “just in case you forgot something” basket. Hated the weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy the decks and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. '

'Relatively clean except for the floors. Can see improvements that they’ve been making. The TV in the main room does not work even though we changed the batteries in the remote never got a response from the property manager. The AC that is advertised is only a small bedroom unit in the whole apartment '

'I met a friend from college and we spent a few days in Huntington. This location was perfect. We both loved that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very cute and many amenities provided. Probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I’m ever in the area. '

'Despite a couple of issues "Homeplace" was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I am a veteran so I have been to a number of locations. Becky answered my texts promptly. More importantly I had some difficulty locating the home. I didn't realize I was only a few blocks away. Becky answered my call and gave the directions to the house. 'Our family rented this little VRBO for the weekend in order to attend Rock the Country 2025. It was myself, my husband, my son and his fiancee. It was about an hour from the concert venue, but was super quaint and perfect for what we needed.The property owners were extremely communicative and friendly. The cabin was clean and smelled good. 'This estate was a perfect family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The host gave important information in a timely manner and the housekeeper answered questions quickly and precisely. The place is kept up and nestled in a beautiful location. Three of the family members played golf one night. Two family members enjoyed runs and the rest explored hiking. There was ample room for everyone; fun activities like ping pong and corn hole. We just had the best time and I am glad I found this...
