« One of the best places I’ve stayed! The home was clean and cozy, we were left with snacks and anything we might need for the home: bathroom supplies, laundry detergent, thankfully body wash was one of the things provided because I forgot to bring mine! Everything was also labeled so that made it easy to know where everything was and what to use in the home. We had a great time and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit the area! »

« We were in town for visit with college/high school friends. We had 2 couples and a dog. Completely updated beautifully. well stocked kitchen. Lovely Linens. Host was great at communicating. Love this house. »

« The Inn itself met all of our expectations. Wonderful ensuite rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was amazing, right in downtown Ashland and walking distance to our celebration of life venue. Our host Annie was attentive to our service needs and allowed an early entrance to the home as we arrived.The coffee units seem to need upgrading as some were non functioning. I have to state that I was taken by surprise that we were being watched either by a neighbor or a security camera. ...

« This place was s amazing and so was the host Mary and property managers RJ and Angel. Communication was fantastic and the host was very accommodating even making sure we had a waffle maker. The beds were all very comfortable and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. We will definitely be coming again if we ever get back to Prestonsburg. »

« The cabin was clean and cozy. It had everything that you could possibly need. It is located right by a train track where the train goes all hours of the day and night, however, if you’re sleeping in the bedroom closest to the kitchen with the door closed, you don’t really hear it as much. We also live by a train track where we’re from, so this wasn’t too bothersome for us since we’re used to it. If you’re looking to hit the trails with your sxs this is a perfect place to stay.
