'The chalets are located around a lake with ducks and swans. Nice house with 2 bedrooms, a good sofabed, two badrooms and a complete kitchen. Very helpful reception. Sorry that we only booked one night. We will return!'

'Nice one bedroom apartment in a resort that has a nice ambiance. We saw squirrels in the trees next to our building and there were a lot of ducks. Receptionists were kind and willing to help.'

'Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. '

'We had a fantastic stay in Lancaster at this apartment, we booked the room at the top of the house with a huge comfy bed and downstairs a kitchen, bathroom and seating area. Fantastic location close to the bus station, cinema, shops and board game cafes! Clean and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again.'

'There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

'Sweet suited apartments are in a fabulous location. Very close from the train station of St Anne’s on the sea and a quick walk from the promenade. The apartment itself was very clean and very comfortable. Lovely home touches aswell such as tea, milk and fresh fruit on arrival. Will definitely stay again. '

'The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend '

The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working.'
