« Easy parking. Friendly staff. We extended our stay and had to switch rooms. The 1st kingsize bad was great. But when we changed rooms the queen size bed sagged in the middle. »

« We really enjoyed the property. It was a bit rustic but that's what we liked about it. Our 2 dogs had a great time as well. It was clean and cozy. Lighting up the fire pit, roasting s'mores, playing corn hole with the kids and grandkids. Over all we had a blast. »

« Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning. »

« I reserved a specific cabin and received confirmation for that cabin but when I arrived I was put in a different cabin. The cabin was old but initially looked clean. In the short time I was there I saw multiple cockroaches inside and I left. »

« Great location.....has everything we needed and was perfect for us... and most places i have stayed they didnt offered the grill stuff but even had propane filled and a back up 1 just incase 1 ran out ....the morning view was breathtaking on the river i will definitely stay again.....! And had exta things just incase... and if there was something going on jeff respond very quickly. And when u stay in someone home its nice to have a quick response....anyways thanks again and we will return...

« Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place! »

« Yeah, accommodations weren’t too bad. I mean for staying on the river and stuff that it wasn’t bad at all. The location was The only problem was is we were not informed that we had to bring our own bedsheets and pillows and cases and blankets and towels until the day of like the day we were getting ready to leave to head towards the VRBO that was a little much, especially when we were only staying for one night and it was very nice. I mean it’s very spacious. The furniture was a little outdated...
