« Super hotel apres notre trek. Chambre spacieuse, avec un tres bon service et accueil. Un peu loin du centre mais toujours possible a pied Personnel tres agreable, un peu lent sur certains points mais peut etre l’esprit local plutot qu’un manque de service a l’occidentale »

« Rooms are not clean, the pictures show they are not cleaned properly and are showing significant signs of age. Watched them do a clean of an adjacent room in a few minutes, they need to actually clean the rooms properly and do some maintenance as the appearance shows many marks, stains on walls and areas they just don’t bother to clean. »

« First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up .
