'The hotel had a wonderful apartment-style setup, including a kitchenette that made it easy and convenient to prepare our own breakfast. We especially appreciated having two toilets and separate bedrooms, which worked perfectly for our family since we were traveling with our adult daughter. The location was convenient with 7-11 nearby, food options, with a wonderful small Italian inspired cafe next door- with excellent cappuccino. It was also also within a short walking distance of Nijo Castle...

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'
