'The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...

'Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. '

'The road to the property is really bad even the Grab drivers struggled to drive at the property. Rooms had some issues and missing essential items however the management provided a room change and give some complimentary services to make up for the inconvenience. Overrall the photos are misleading, as the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The staff are kind though which somewhat makes up for the property. '
