Chris et sa femme sont très sympathiques et accueillants, cette formule a les avantages des airbnb et des hotels sans leurs inconvenients .... très calme, belle vue sur la mer, centrale pour visiter la région, appartement bien conçu, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances .... ne faites pas comme moi et suivez bien le plan d accès de Chris pour trouver le logement facilement :) '

'We loved the house, pool and 4 terraces. The distance to the beach was not far, oké for us. Unfortunately there was no space to wash our clothes in the neighborhood, so I had to do that by hand (after 2 weeks of travel). Airco in the bedrooms was terrific. In short good price for what you get.'

When I booked the trip I had no idea where to go in Greece, was just looking for somewhere to relax and spend time together. Couldn’t have been happier with accommodations, indeed the fridge had breakfast and snack foods as other reviewers mentioned. The apartment was very clean and the front balcony was fantastic, especially for sunrise. Hosts were extremely helpful with anything we asked about...

'a beautiful large villa ( we were with 6 ) with a tasteful interior and ann enormous saltwater pool. We had a wonderful time inside as well as outside the house. A large outside breakfast /dinner table and several seating points made us be together and able to have a quiet moment. The house and the pool were very clean and well-maintained. Every day a guy came by to clean the pool and we even had a cleaning lady in the middle of our two weeks. Spectacular views in the morning and evening looking...

'Nice appartment by the sea in an old house. The balcony is just on the beach so that you can relax listening to the sea clapotis any time (for example at breakfast :))... While the sea is not always accessible just in front of the appartment, you can just go 100 m away. Very convenient !!!'

'The room was modern, clean and spectacular. The hosts were exceptional - helpful and very pleasant. And the breakfast - so very tasty. Freshly squeezed orange juice, espresso/cappuccino, fruit, yogurt, pastries. The property is not right in the downtown area - but parking is easy and it's a very short drive. Highly recommend!'

'A permis de visiter un grand nombre de sites dans le peloponese. Il faut absolument une voiture..grande qualité de l'environnent. Cuisine excellente. Pas trop de monde en cette période y compris a Athènes. A retenir surtout nephli et port Eli et l'île de spetses...grande amabilité des habitants...'

'Koukounari apartments is a quiet place in Skala, really closed to shops, restaurants and beaches. The rooms are clean and elegant. Three highlights: the kindness of all the staff, the tips of Silia, at the reception, she will help you with almost everything and the restaurant is really good. Recommended! '
