« New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical. »

The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit. »

« Property is spacious and clean. Very well maintained. Staff was courteous and helpful. Resort has a nice padel and tennis court which can be booked online. Kids have a small play area as well and hotel organizes few activities for elementary school kids. Rooms are decent in size. Well maintained again. Restaurant - caters mainly to non veg guests and are flexible in arranging veg options. They can keep some more basic veg options both in breakfast and ala carte menu. »
